You get intouch with us and subscribe to a number of RTMP or Full API slots. Each slot provides you with a direct stream of low latency, real-time video from the selected camera to your provided RTMP destination. API calls are unlimited and depending on your tier you receive unlimited API search calls across the entire database and unlimited metadata calls for the cameras in your active slots. API search calls are not limited to the cameras in you slots.
What currencies are available for billing?
We currently support billing in Swiss Francs (CHF), United States Dollars (USD), Euros (EUR) and Great British Pounds (GBP). Billing in currencies other than Swiss Francs (CHF) will incur an additional surcharge of 5-10 percent depending on the currency selected.
How are RTMP destinations configured via API?
Clients send a simple JSON payload with the target camera ID and your server's RTMP URL/stream key, and our gateway begins forwarding immediately.
What resolutions are supported by the camera feeds?
Feeds support up to 1080p resolution, contingent upon the native capabilities of the individual source camera.
